Ive been in Finland during the week for the last 3 weeks and its been fairly mild with no snow and whats weird (for someone from the UK its weird anyway) is that most people I spoke to were complaining about the lack of snow because it was so dark. Well last week when I was there the snow came I could see exactly what they meant, it was so much brighter and prettier and unlike us brits they cope with it without any problems at all.
