Maternity Session with Mon and Jon

After embarrassing Jon with the pictures of him posing for me on Friday night I thought I better show him it was all worth while with some pictures of the proper shoot that I did with our good friends Jon and Mon on Saturday.

We scheduled this shoot as near as possible to Mons due date whilst trying to be sure we didn’t miss the whole event by the little girl coming along a bit early and thankfully this worked out well on this occasion.

At 37 weeks I thought father to be Jon’s analogy of the baby’s current development stage was very funny, as he put it… “if it were a chicken then you would say it was fully cooked now but was in there just crisping up” made me smile

Considering the stress these guys are under at the moment with changing jobs, moving house out of the area, baby on the way and other stuff you wouldn’t expect them to look this relaxed but they are coping with it all fantastically and I am sure they will make for very chilled out parents and we really look forward to having them back for more shots when the chickens out of the oven so to speak.
