Google Wave is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.
Its supposed to be the next big thing and although I haven’t used it much myself yet I can see how it could be very powerful when its more widely available.
Google wave isn’t a public beta yet, its by invite only from existing users and I have 10 invites up for grabs for the first 10 people to leave a comment on this post using the email address they wish the wave invite to be sent to.
Here’s a video explaining what Google Wave is about.

I am looking forward to the return of “real time typing”, not since the days of ICQ have I enjoyed such real timeness in the typing world.
