Ive been a very bad blogger this week as I have been battling with some PC hardware problems (that are thankfully now behind us after investing in some brand spanking new hardware) so this is a catch up post from the great wedding we shot last Saturday which was also our first ever Greek wedding and what a wonderful experience it was!
I had done quite a lot of research before the wedding so we knew what to expect on the day so even though we were shooting many things for the first time we weren’t completely surprised when they happened, but the thing that did still surprise me was just how much dancing there was at the wedding! I should imagine Marios and Andrea were absolutely shattered the day after their wedding because the dancing at the evening reception was so energetic and there were so many dances.
It was a great experience and we hope to do some more Greek Weddings soon as everyone was so friendly on the day as we were made to feel very welcome by Andrea and Marios friends and family. With about 500 guests this was also our biggest wedding to date but the fact that it didn’t feel so big is again a testament to how welcome everyone made us feel.
Here’s just a quick sample from the hundreds and hundreds of photos we took on the day.
